How are credits calculated for multi-venue itineraries?:
Ophelia follows an "Atomic Transaction" model. If you initiate a 3-stop date (e.g., Drinks → Dinner → Activity), you are only billed for the specific legs that are successfully confirmed. If the "Activity" leg fails due to venue unavailability, you are not charged for that segment.
Does "Bonus Usage" apply to on-demand spend?:
"Bonus Usage" capacity is prioritized for Pro and Enterprise tiers and is consumed before your on-demand billing begins. Once your included monthly credit and bonus capacity are exhausted, the system transitions to the standard on-demand rates defined in your plan.
Are there fees for "Discovery" vs. "Execution"?:
Discovery: Searching cached data or using MCP tools for ideation typically incurs minimal token costs and often stays within the base monthly credit for median users. Execution: The primary credit cost is applied only when an agent successfully navigates a third-party site and finalizes a booking or purchase.
Can I set different spend limits for different agents?:
Yes. Through Identity-Level Limits, Enterprise partners can assign specific spend caps to different "Agent Personas" or end-user identities. For example, you can set a higher spend limit for your "Luxury Concierge" agent compared to a "Budget Discovery" bot
