Helping your users get

in-person: your product,

team and values

Are we adding a product or infrastructure?

Ophelia runs as an MCP-compatible API that lives inside your existing product surfaces chat, flows, AI agents, or planning screens.

Where does Ophelia live in our tech stack?

Ophelia integrates as: • MCP-compatible execution provider • Modular API endpoints • Optional embeddable UI widget • Event + fulfillment orchestration layer We follow your flows. We don’t create new ones.

How does this affect compliance, payments & liability?

Ophelia absorbs the operational and financial complexity: • Payments, deposits, splits, refunds, disputes • Provider compliance handling • Cancellation and no-show enforcement • Fraud and abuse monitoring • Audit trails for IRL execution Your product does not become a payments, ops, or liability company.

How does this improve our AI, data & retention?

Ophelia becomes one of your MCP layers. We feed your back-end flows: • Outcome-verified behavior • Follow-through data • Venue & experience preferences • Timing & repeat-use patterns • Relationship-level memory Your AI stops training on text and intent. It starts learning from real-world outcomes.

Who owns the user, brand, and experience?

You do, entirely. Ophelia: • Never re-brands your flows • Never surfaces as a separate product • Never touches your user relationship • Never redirects your users elsewhere We run in the background. Your product remains the emotional and behavioral anchor.

Step 1: Agent Calls Ophelia
The LLM agent sends a structured request via MCP (e.g., “Book dinner at 7pm for 2 at Serafina.”)

Step 2: Server Orchestrates

Through MCP, Ophelias server takes over execution in the real world:

  • Surfaces availability to the agent: pulls live options into a format the agent can reason with

  • Runs the booking flow on behalf of the agent: drives the real-world reservation steps end-to-end

  • Executes payment when required: completes the transaction tied to the booking attempt

  • Maintains state and recovers from failures: keeps the process alive if anything goes wrong

Step 3: Confirmed IRL Experience
The user receives a confirmation, all inside the original app.
